At the Annual Property Developer Conference – CEO Series 2019 organized by REHDA Institute, entitled Surviving The Turbulence and World Disruption, Dato’ Jeffrey Ng, Chairman of REHDA Institute announced the Master’s degree of Property Development Management in UTAR (University Tunku Abdul Rahman) in collaboration with REHDA Institute. This will be launched in January 2020 with the first intake.

This program is unique because 40% of the syllabus would be derived from inputs from property practitioner. Senior lecturers would be headed by Dato’ Charlie.

In his opinion, it takes 25-30 years to really gain the experience from A to Z in the property business. He encourages property developers to put in their rising star in this program.

By getting involved in the Master degree, definitely a shortcut for managers to become general manager within period probably 5-8 years after completing the Master’s degree
