    Kuala Lumpur (March 30): SP Setia Bhd once again expect huge accomplishment to be done in year 2018(FY18). They start off with the plan to launch RM7.07 billion.

    In a statement, president and CEO of SP Setia Datuk Khor Chap Jen pointed out: “We are setting a sales target of RM5 billion for FY18 due to the strong underlying demand for landed starter homes and mid-range properties in strategic locations with good infrastructure.”

    The development will be emphasised in Setia Alam, Salak Tinggi, Alam Impian, Temasya Glenmarie, Alam Sari, Temasya Putra, Setia Eco Hill and Kota Bayuemas.
