Bangsaria is a seven-storey commercial building on Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, housing established banking institutions (UOB Bank), showrooms, offices and galleries.
Bangsaria building is owned by Leo Myer, founded by Shaun Yeow. Leo Myer was the developer for 2 key projects, Villa Aman, a low-density condominum at The Embassy Row and Villa Bukit Tunku, situated in the lush surroundings of Kenny Hills.
As Shaun Yeow has pointed out “Bangsaria has been a recognisable landmark along Jalan Maarof for 17 years. We hope it will remain so for many years to come.”
Bangsaria on the other hand has the largest LED billboard in Bangsar measuring 67.19’ (H) x 50.39’ (W) and is located on the facade of the Bangsaria building along Jalan Maarof.
Harta.net had a chance to catch up with Geoffrey Yeow, Marketing Director. Geoffrey mentioned that latest survey from SPAD (Land Public Transport Commission) shows that there are at least 150,000 vehicles that pass through this stretch of road every day!
Geoffrey shares the passion of travelling and hopes that in 3 years is able to successfully bring more success to Leo Myer. Leo Myer is in a father to son business transition. As he claims, he is learning everyday.
